Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Arzab Warehouse, Street No 3, Gulshan E Iqbal Town, Near Allied College, Khanewal, Pakistan

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the return is approved, we will refund the product amount through JazzCash, bank transfer or we may also issue a gift card of the same value.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If possible, please record a video while opening your parcel so the condition is clearly visible. If the product is found damaged in the video, please share it with us immediately so we can evaluate the issue properly.

Exceptions / non returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items, minor faulty items, and custom or personalized items.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Also, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us for an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item through email, phone number or WhatsApp.

Only items within the 14 days period are eligible for exchange. After 14 days, no exchange will be accepted.

After contacting us, you will need to send the item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect the product to confirm it is in original condition which means unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging intact.

After approval, you can place a new order for the desired item, which may be of the same price or higher price.
